PS4 Patch 1.03
Patch 1.03 is now live on all supported regions.
New Features
Chapter Parts are now included in players Saved Game. Player can now select from all the checkpoints in the game and continue from there.
Chapter Select menu is now on the main menu and to in options menu.
UI translation for the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuegues, Russian, Japanese, Chinese(Traditional), Chinese(Simplified).
Language can be selected in the game settings.
Optimization
Massive overhaul to game package. Game is now 3.74 GB instead of over 8gb.
Overhaul to how levels are unloaded and loaded resulting in stability for long play session.
Reduced the magnitude of hitches caused as many assets are loading.
Optimized stone city objects.
City area of Chapter 4 is more stable.
Hitches caused by Sky Reflection Capture reduced significantly.
Quality of Life Changes
Platforms around geysers in Chapter 2 are easier to land.
Blue wildflowers are now purple so as not to be confused with Spirit Bloom.
Small improvements to music tracks.
Fox no longer shakes of water while holding a staff.
New Features
Player would sometimes spawn at world 0,0,0. Player now spawns as fox at proper point.
Controller Force Feedback(Rumble) caused by basalt gateways, unstable platforms, geysers, and basalt bridges are properly deactivate when chapters are unloaded.
Persistent actors like JumpGate particles, Wisps, and Fox bodies that weren't removed when reentering the same level are now removed.
In game Chapter Title display is centered properly Loading Screen at the start of chapter 2 is now synced properly with cutscene.
Prompt UI and Chapter Title UI no Longer stacks on top of pause menu.
Chapter 1 end cutscene now plays as intended.
Fixed Spirit fox animation on chapter 1 (near end).
Small changes to collision in final area on chapter 1.
Fixed various small collision issue on few objects through out the game.
Checkpoint windchimes no longer spawn with pieces not connected.
Removed a few floating objects in chapter 2 geyser area.
Removed a few duplicate objects.
Fixed level Boundary on Chapter 2 and Chapter 5.
Changes to texture mipmapping.
